When or who decides whether your job is skilled or unskilled? My companies lawyer thinks that my job will be unskilled but I thought I would be skilled. My job is a Rad Tech it requires an Associates degree and you need to pass a National exam and possess a state license to practice. The O Net svp range is (6.0 to < 7.0). Does DOL make the determination about whether I am skilled or unskilled?
