Hi! I’m about to sign a lease at The Archive in New Haven and had a quick question.

They’re advertising a special offer for August 1 move-in with one month free, but my lease doesn’t show any concession at all. When I asked, they said I should sign first and then they’ll send a separate concession document afterward.

Has anyone here gone through this before with them? Did you actually receive the concession paper after signing?

Just want to make sure this is normal and not something I should be worried about before signing.
