It's not a good game, it's awful, but it had some intressting ideas: Very advanced tuning (for its time), real life city map (most street racing games are either fake maps or tokyo expressways), and a infraction system that alerts the police like in NFS. It had a big marketing campaign according to the few info on the web, and they managed to get a rap group called Kasta to make a song about it.

I think it's awesome, it's like What If Minecraft stayed on Classic 0.23 and just got updated with minor stuff and Multiplayer.
