Need Confirmation of a Quote
I am a long-time customer in the East Bay (Berkeley/Oakland area). I am currently porting my phone and internet to Sonic, but I want to keep my Xfinity TV service to use with my TiVo Roamio and two Minis.
Several phone agents have quoted me a price of $106 per month as the final, all-inclusive price (including Broadcast/Regional Sports fees) for a standalone TV plan. I am looking for an official confirmation that this rate is available for my account so I can finalize the removal of my other services once the phone port is complete. I also need to ensure my CableCard remains active on the new plan. I am only asking for confirmation of the $106 at this time because I don’t want to drop my internet and phone until the porting process is complete. Can a moderator help me verify this?
