I just installed a 3080 gpu and the left most fan is making a weird clicking noise (sort of like if you put a playing card in the spokes of a bicycle). It spins slower and will stop spinning completely at certain points causing the other two fans to go into overdrive and make the whole thing noisy.

Anyway, I’m still a noob at pc building. Is there a way for me to fix this?
