Hi
I have too many lists of things to do. I know I am excessively listing (both in terms of the quantity of things I am recording and the time I am spending rehashing the lists.) I have too much to do and I think managing the lists creates a false feeling of control but it would be better to actually devote the time to completing actual tasks. I also feel I am increasingly lowering the benchmark of what needs to be on the lists ie things I wouldn’t forget and are basic daily tasks.
Anyone else experiencing similar? Managing strategies on managing or even just empathy appreciated please! I am aware of what I am doing but fighting myself to reframe my thinking.
