I have this issue that comes from time to time, where my Z60 ultra roller complete mops without water.
The base station has water and cleaning solution.
The cleaning is scheduled.
The cleaning mode is not clean genius but standard vacuum and mop with moisture level of the mop set to medium.

I don’t know what is creating this problem…
The only way I found to fix it for now is to request a mop cleaning on the app. But if I am not home I can’t notice it and cannot request the mop cleaning.
