Ours died after only a few months of use. We spoke with customer service and we were told to mail the unit to them but that seems like more of a hassle than just changing the battery ourselves. Anyone know where we can buy the battery?

Hi everyone, I’ve been using my Mova E40 Ultra and I’ve noticed some strange behavior. When I set it to Standard Route Mode, instead of following a logical path or the usual cleaning lines, it seems to be moving randomly and missing spots.
This problem started after its last firmware update.
I clean the sensors regularly.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks!
I’m sick of running my MOVA V50 3-6 times into the same zone to give it more opportunities to enter tight spaces to clean. I’ve add the “curtains” feature to encourage it to clean in that area. I’ve also tried remote controlling it into the area to “teach” it that that area is accessible. I’ve disabled “Collision Avoidance Mode” to increase coverage. Although those settings seem to have somewhat improved the situation, I still have to run it about 3-6 times.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
