I'm playing on RPU and want to get jinxed as 3rd trait by having the Pariah Dog but having zero luck kinda kills my build. Is there a way to restore the luck without killing the dog?

I want to get jinxed as 3rd trait by having the Pariah Dog but zeroed luck gives me pause on this. Is it possible to restore the luck without killing the dog?
