My first instinct when arriving at the restaurant and being told I was the *third* driver who'd been sent on a wild goose chase for an order that had already been delivered was to use Support to ask that they Stop Sending Drivers Here.
Cue the chatbot nonsense. Nothing. Then messaging with actual people after my shift, to pursue pay for my work. Nothing. Then at the end of the day requesting a phone call and getting transferred three times, it came down to me pressing the issue. After 20+ minutes, Raymund asked if it would be okay for a supervisor to call me in 2 hours (11 pm). I said no, I'd be asleep, but we agreed on a call to me ~9am.
It's 4pm, and no call.
