so i bought my 8th gen si with almost all of the factory speakers blown and im currently looking at options of upgrading. keep in mind i have almost no knowledge in this area.
my budget is around $450 so im not looking to get anything crazy, just an upgrade to decent/ midrange quality.
i know i want to do pioneer TS-A653CH component speakers for the front two doors and A-pillar tweeters.
i have not decided if i want to buy a sub that comes with an amp and box or buy all of them separate.
one question i had was if i need to buy rear speakers if i dont car what the car sounds like in the rear seats?
if it does matter for sound staging or anything, should i do the pioneers in the back and something else up front?
the current head unit from the last owner is some cheap chinese carplay one (ZLINK brand if anybody knows it) i don't mind switching to another head unit even if it doesn't have carplay (but it is preferred). i've heard a lot about the IDOING head unit for 8th gen's.
again, im not looking to go for anything crazy but i do want my music to sound decent.
