hello

my five week old hasn’t been able to sleep on his back at night since 3 weeks old due to congestion. he will cough and choke until I pick him up and let him sleep on my chest. this doesn’t happen during the day (probably because he’s sleeping upright on me? lots of baby wearing because of 2 year old sibling). I called my pediatrician but all they said was hold upright for 40 min after nursing and elevate the head of the bed.

wondering if anyone else has this experience and what solutions they may have found
