Namesake - Creep. (Radiohead Song)

Localized Name - Weirdo.

Born from - An artist who hates the idea of modern art, thinking that abstract designs are just lazy works, and that only real talent can create real art. Ironically Creep Manifests itself as an abstract collection of shapes.

Power - "How to Disappear Completely". Anybody who witnesses the stands form, and looks at it's eye will be marked as a target. For non-stand users, drawings of Creep made by the user count as witnessing it. Creep will always attack only the closest targets stands and can only target one person at a time. Upon attacking Creep will outstretch it's arms (30 meter radius) until it grabs the target. Creep can phase through any object except for stands. He can not touch the user, only it's stand, the stands can fight back but the user can't. Upon grabbing the target it will proceed to pull them towards itself with strong force, additionaly granting the target stand the ability to phase through matter, meaning it can't use walls or any objects to push itself away from Creep. (If target is a non-stand user, Creep will instead rip out their soul and drag it towards itself.) Creep will pull the stand away from it's user until it reaches outside of the user's range. Any part of the stand that exit's the user's range will cease to exist, and in turn the user will lose that part of the body. {Essentially, if you look at Creep's eye, you enter a game of tug of war. If your stand get's pulled too far from you it will be vaporized and you will be too.}

Weakness - The target will instinctively try to have their stand move away from Creep as it tries to pull them in, but if the user rushes towards Creep's user and get's him into their range, then Creep won't be able to pull the stand outside of it.

Creep can never entirely leave the user's body, if multiple stands grab and pull Creep away from the user, his stand may be overpowered and detach from him. This will cause the shapes to fall apart, and leave the stand user passed out.

0:30. You can see that when I rotate the neck, the eye rotates, I want it to remain still unless I rotate the eye control bone.

So I got this character called creep (In case your wondering why it's labeled that). His eye is the star and I want to be able to move it alongside his armature. Now the easy choice is to make the eye it's own mesh and then just do a simple parent to the face and armature, but I want the eye to clip when it goes inbetween the cracks in it's face.

What I tried was taking the little line bone right beneath his pupil and using it's position as drivers, then putting the drivers into the mapping for the eye. This kind of worked and when I used the pose mode to change the positions around the eye followed the X-Y-Z axis perfectly, but whenever the neck rotates, the eye does too. What I want it to be is that the eye only rotate when I rotate the little line bone.

I really just wanna know how I could setup something where the mapping reads the bones position without it being affected by having the neck being rotated.
