Can someone help I'm getting told I am suspected of giving out "suspicious" links (which I haven't) and said person is telling me how they "mistakenly" reported me.... Am I gonna be ban over nonsense???? Should I be worried???

Ok is it just me or are yall also seeing a lot of lgbtq ish people idk if that's the right terminology but like I see people who look either closeted or confidently out of it and I cant tell or be openly talking about it my main point is, is their a hand sign y'all or we have that can be a hint to like "hey I'm a femboy" yk???? I feel like we need to have a tiny accessory or something that shows us to each other but nothing too flashy so the normies don't catch on yk?
