Taking any recommendations for the Tacoma area 😅 extra points if the local hospital system gets a discount.

also yes.....I expected an increase but not by 1k. I did an online quote 2 months ago and it was not this high.

Somewhat complicated situation. I'm in the process of a cross country move. I flew out to WA and viewed apartments, found a place, requested estimated application turn around tume and was told 3-4 business days. That time frame would have gone into the weekend so I applied and flew home. The next day my application was approved. The hold fee was expiring so I signed my lease and informed property management that I can not move officially until I complete notice at my current apartment and job....which pits me close to two weeks. I did place utilities in my name though. They requested I reach out when I was preparing to drive over so they could handoff the keys over the weekend if needed.

I started driving Wednesday, reached out via email attempting to arrange key handoff, no response. I sent a text. No response. Friday (two weeks since taking possession) I called twice and left a message. No response. I've slowed my pace driving since I won't be able to get into my place this weekend. No one is at the physical office on site to my knowledge because the person manages multiple properties. Should I Start Looking for a New Place? Prorated rent for last month was covered and they processed rent for May 1st out of my account already. I've never dealt with a company like this before.
