Hi everyone.
I joined Pom as a new customer on 4/22 and I selected BPI (I was unaware of the BPI FDA announcement;lucky me).
I set up my portal on 4/23 and the email I received said I should have been able to schedule an appointment on 4/24 but I’ve not been able to 2-3 business days after. I selected asynchronous.
So I’ve been stuck in a waiting pattern like almost everyone. No response to messages or emails. I know they’re slammed and they’ve made an announcement regarding refills but I was unable to find anything regarding brand new members.
Just want a little community reassurance that all is well. Thanks in advance for any info, guidance and support. 🫶
