Hello, I am planning on joining VIT and my rank in VITEEE is 6.7k. My first priority was VIT vellore but I'm getting category 3 and the fees is a bit much so I just wanted to ask whether there's much of a difference in placements in vellore and chennai(in terms of placement rates, avg package and highest package) in CSE also if you could, please tell me the difference between the core CSE and specs CSE(AI/ML) packages. Please help me! Is VIT chennai on a low level compared to vellore or around the same? (I need raw and unfiltered advice please it's about my whole career and I'm really worried)

Guys I got 99.7%ile in KIITEE but I don't just wanna pay the admission fee right now cuz I haven't yet decided if KIIT is the institute I wanna join. Can I wait till phase 2 results and final counselling of phase 2 for admission? Or will I face problems? I DON'T PLAN ON GIVING PHASE 2 KIITEE. I just have to wait till I'm done with NEST and other exams. Will they cancel my admission or is it possible for me to wait? Cuz last year they extended the deadline of fee payment as well.
