As title says, going through interview process at another company and they would like to “move fast”. They know I’m on paternity leave for a little longer.

My question: has anyone come back early from leave and then put in there resignation after the needed time period (week or month). If yes, how did it go, and any advice?

Also, to stop anyone from leaving the AIP/Bonus comment. Yes, I’m aware of that timing lol
