Looking to relocate and considering a job with Ro Health as a para educator. I currently work in child psych in a different capacity and am looking to eventually get a masters, but would like to relocate first as I do not want to settle where I am and I prefer the masters programs where I am looking to relocate. The pay is more than I currently make, and seems doable for where I’m looking to live. Need to investigate with them how consistent hours will be, and am just curious any experiences people may have with them and being a para educator!

Hey! Queer woman in her 20’s planning a move out your all’s way. Current openings for my job look to be around 60-80k in Tacoma/ Seattle. From the research I’ve done, I might make it by in Tacoma. Seattle seems more a stretch, and quite frankly Tacoma appeals to me more. Traditional second jobs are tricky with full time work and my pets. The real question is whether you all believe I’d shoot my foot getting a 1/1, and that finding a roommate or two would make things more comfortable. I know you all are filling to the brim with transplants, so thank you for taking the time for a hopeful one. Any words of wisdom are appreciated, the south is sucking the soul and life force from me daily💖
