how was it?

I really have no idea what to study, i have an interest in economics and finance but everyone online says 90% of jobs related to both fields won’t even exist by the time i finish uni. the last thing I want to do is spend $70k or whatever going to university and not be able to get a job. I have friends and family who graduated over the past few years and can’t find any jobs at all even as CPA qualified accountants. I lost my own fast food job due to AI as customer service is now fully automated at most fast food places in my area (You literally talk to a robot in the drive-thru) and one of my parents also lost their admin job they have had for 15 years due to being replaced with AI. As a young person wtf do i even do? My city is considered to have the most cooked housing market in the world and the cost of living is honestly insane. How are people supposed to live and for my as a teenager there is no clear pathways to a secure career.

Basically I am 99% sure I have been struggling with the symptoms my entire life. I am basically guaranteed to have the disorder as both my parents have it, and i have tourettes. I am really struggling and really want to work towards a diagnosis. My parents didn’t let me ever get tested because they wanted me to “grow up like every other kid”. Already dropped out of university multiple times 😀

Currently enrolled in a bachelor of psychology with the goal of getting into honours. After lots of research I have realised just how difficult it is to get into honours program and on top of that most are not offered online. As a person who isnt very smart and most likely wont get the required marks I've been scared away from going down that route, I still enjoy psychology as a subject so now Im looking into my options for a double degree. Im unsure what double degrees I can do with psych online, I would prefer something business related such as finance, accounting, economics, project management, supply chain, etc. would love some advice :)

Over the past few months I have noticed just how bad racism has got in my city (melbourne). Everyone hates eachother and people love to throw slurs all over the place. I am white and I have been called a “N@zi” because I didn’t give a lady a seat on the train because “she was a minority” which i thought was honestly really stupid. her girlfriend came up to me 5 minutes later and apologised as she noticed i was a little bit teary and she told me she felt very embarrassed about what her girlfriend did. That same day I saw a homeless guy screaming at asian tourists at the train station calling them racial slurs and telling them to get on a boat and row back to their country. I also have lots of friends who are ethically indian and pakistani and they have all had some pretty terrible experiences specifically in the past few months. they are constantly called “panjeet” and other titles they find very offensive. The other day I was on the train and an aboriginal man was walking down the isle and spitting and slapping the back of the head of all the white people calling them slurs, he spat in my face and slapped my phone out of my hand and broke my screen protector. Oh i forgot there is also a clear rise in reactionary politics and even “ethno-nationalism” on platforms like tiktok and instagram, it is extremely disgusting and definitely a clear contributor. There are social media content creators such as “Auspill” whose entire tiktok page is hating south east asians.

I really hope it isn’t like this in other cities and countries, it’s honestly getting quite out of control especially with the bondi shooting a few months back which I think is causing a lot of people to turning to more right leaning political views. It really sucks seeing such a beautiful city built from multiculturalism and equality being torn apart.

My state government recently created new legislation where people who say offensive things specifically directed at other races, cultures, ethnicity’s can be charged and even face time in jail. I know this legislation was created to help fix this issue but I honestly think it’s made it worse. racist people just use it as an “attacks their free speech” and people spending time in jail from events like the recent protests for the “welcome to the country” is just being used as propaganda and a key symbol for “the destruction of democracy”.

hello, for the past 6 months or so i stopped my coin collecting hobby due to the rise in the value of silver. I used to be able to buy old junk silver coins most commonly florins for as low as $4 or half of melt value. as of right now the cheapest i can find on ebay is $25. I don’t feel comfortable spending that much money as i feel the market is fragile and i don’t really know what to do. do you think the prices is these coins will drop again?

has anyone done this? how is it and is it worth it? also why booster did you purchase
