Hello everyone!
I’ve been working for the company for 2 years and at the beginning I loved it and it was amazing but now is shit.
I got enrolled in the insurance about a year ago since I started having medical problems and in my understanding we need to make 30hrs per quarter, well I’ve been scheduled for less than 20 and I talked to my managers and obviously they don’t care. When I called HR to tell them that I was not getting scheduled despite my availability they were like 🤷🏻‍♀️.
On top of that, our manager is pressing us to get credit cards and is so FU because I’m willing to ask once and that’s it, but she wants us to pressure the customer borderline harassment and I hate it.
I’m applying to so many jobs but unfortunately the market is so tight and I’m literally applying every where.
I hope I’m not the only one and if there’s any advice about the health insurance I would appreciate it!
