my axolotl keeps twitching and biting

my axolotl recently started twitching and biting at random stuff he never did that before and sometimes it just looks like he has having a stroke or something

i’ve been feeding him 2 earthworms a day

and starting from next week i’m going to feed him 2 earthworms per 2 days

he’s still very happy and active so idk what the problem might be but it’s for sure not internal bleeding if u guys have some suggestions I’ll be glad to hear them
