Short story short 3 months ago I had a ghsv1 outbreak. I was confused at first because Id never seen bumps before down there but then I got tested and it came back positive for ghsv1. Anyhow, I had asked my partner at the time if they were having any symptoms. They said no, and that they had never had oral hsv1 before. I got blood tested as well and my antibodies came back as almost 10. Could it be that my ghsv1 was dormant for a long time? Excessive shaving and rough sex brought it back? I have never had oral hsv1 symptoms before. What could cause a primary outbreak out of nowhere? Or could this person have been asymptotically shedding and it was draw of the luck?
