Hey you all,
With the college students leaving, my manager is currently hiring more people. I sent her an email asking if it was possible for her to find another opener to replace me/switch me to closing shifts. I understand this will be an adjustment and can’t happen overnight. (I’m also looking for other jobs too if that won’t work, but I’m obviously not going to say that.) I’m so burnt out from the mornings here and waking up so. Damn. Early. And then getting bitched out by customers during the morning rush because I *committed the crime of showing up to work when so many people called out :)!*
Important to note - my manager is very understanding and flexible with hours, I think it’s possible for me to make this switch.
I’m going to speak to her tomorrow about this so let me know if there’s anything I should say
