Earlier in the week, I bought all the cards for cheap out of spotlight drop packs. How many more cards am I gonna need to get from drop 5 to get the retro lightning? (newer to the game so I don’t really know/remember from last year)

I looked on tankathon and did about 20 sims to see if we would move up from 16 and we stayed on every single sim. Do we really have that low a chance of moving up even a couple spots I don’t get how the new lottery works for the NHL.
