Hi :),

Set this batch up two days ago.
I'm fairly new to fermentation and especially kombucha.

However, i am worried about my newest batch.
As far as i understand the outer ring is normal scoby buildup right?
the lighter thing in the middle seems like mold to me. Am i right?
