
Naoya nerfs are MASSIVE
He's gonna get nerfed I composed the nerfs that I know of
Stuff I know ab the feminist Here's a list of changes (that I know of) they're giving Naoya:
[-] The user can now be freeze framed (No 3X damage multiplier for self frames, and the self projection meter resets when the user frames an opponent)
[-] M1 damage reduced by 2 (2 + 2 + 3 + 3 to 2 + 2 + 2 + 2)
[+] Projection Breaker damage increased (9 to 10)
[-] Projection Breaker hitbox reduced
[-] Projection Breaker M1 resets (counters insta-frame wall tech)
[-] Projection Breaker cooldown increased (17s to 18s)
[-] Bleedout disables M1s for longer
[+] Decisive Strike's endlag on miss reduced
[?] Decisive Strike goes much further with each press (which makes its variants more reactable)
[-] Decisive Strike's 2nd and 3rd presses are perfect-blockable
[-] Decisive Strike damage reduced (i dunno by how much)
[-] Decisive Strike now sets you to the 2nd M1
[-] Decisive Strike hitbox reduced
[-] Decisive Strike gives 70% Self Projection on miss/block
[-] Decisive Strike gives half the projection on frames (idk what this means exactly)
[+] Cursory Impact can now hit multiple players
[-] Cursory Impact first hit damage reduced (8 to 6)
[-] Cursory Impact gives 70% Self Projection on miss
These next ones i'm not sure:
[+] Projection Sorcery can now be used an indefinite amount of times (same timing as the current double use)
[-] Each use of Projection Sorcery past the initial one now adds 35% projection to the user
[+] Projection Sorcery frame damage increased by 1 (+3 cuz of the multiplier)
[-] Projection Breaker gives 70% Self Projection on miss/block
[-] Bleedout finisher percentage reduced to 7
[-] Decisive Strike first part range reduced by a bit
[-] Decisive Strike third stage no longer gives melee iframes
[-] Top Speed damage cut down in half
