As the title says, I have a problem with Oculus Link and I need help. Support is a nightmare and I want to see if someone else relates to my specific issue.
So, I am using a Quest 3 and a gaming laptop with mid-tier specs, so I had to optimize things for PCVR to work (attached is my Oculus Debug Tool settings). But, it worked. Recently though, I am only able to be in link for around 10 minutes before the whole app goes kablooey. The link app suddenly detects the cable as not USB 3.0 and refuses to do anything else. To which point I have to restart the app from Task Manager.
My cable does have the necessary requirements and has worked brilliantly in the past even without being the official one. I would like to note that I have tried basic fixes such as turning it off and on, updating to latest software (a little desperate I know), GPU drivers, USB performance settings, etc... I am looking for help in this specific issue.
Can anybody help?
