Were you able to get pregnant without lap?

I was diagnosed with endo by mri. The specialist i saw wasn’t keen on operating now because it seemed mild on the mri.

I do have a lot of symptoms.
We are ttc and already a patient in a fertility clinic (this was advised by our specialist to catch if something was wrong early on, without having to try naturally for a year).

We have tried 3 cycles naturally, and now I’m on my 4th IUI.
If this doesn’t work we’ll start an ivf cycle right away.

My fertility clinic is aware i have endometriosis but i feel like they don’t do anything different. They just mention « we need to get you pregant asap ». They are not doing anything to try and lower the inflamation.

I’m reading that a lot of people say you can’t get pregnant without a lap and this scares me as they haven’t proposed this as a solution and I don’t want to lose time or waste time trying with ivf if it’s not going to work anyway…

I have endometriosis, and after 3 failed IUIs we were going to start with IVF this cycle.

Because my period started over the weekend, I was only able to call my clinic on Monday yesterday, and they could only see me this morning.
By then, my cycle was already too far started for IVF to start.

We now opted to do a 4th IUI cycle instead but I’m really losing hope.
I need some success stories of people having successful 4th IUIs or people with endo getting pregnant via IUI…
