Just hit the 1-year mark and I can finally say I’m glad I did it. I had 5,500 grafts transplanted in Ankara, Turkey. The first few months really test your patience, especially the shock loss phase—it can make you overthink a bit. But over time, the hair starts to come in and things gradually improve.

At this point, the results look quite natural and satisfying.
