Does my son have a foreskin issue?

My son is 12 and has recently said to me he’s unsure about his foreskin. It’s extremely long is I guess how it can be described. He can’t retract at all and he sometimes makes a mess when using the toilet if needing to stand. However, he hasn’t fully hit puberty yet so I’m not sure if it’s worth seeing a doctor about just for caution or not, and also would he need to pull it back to clean? Single female so I’m unsure

My son has a toilet phobia

My son is 12 and has for a while now had a big big phobia when it comes to using the toilet outside of the home. It’s so bad that he won’t eat or drink whilst at school to avoid needing to go the toilet whilst there. We’ve tried counselling but he didn’t connect with the counsellor and being a single parent I don’t have much money to assign in the long term. He is completely comfortable at home which I’m grateful for. The main reasons he’s told me is that he is afraid someone in public will ‘see him’ going, I’ve mentioned about using stalls but he has said boys at school make fun of those using stalls and will actively look over them or mess with people, also, he still doesn’t like the fact that other people know he’s using the toilet. I’ve thought about exposure therapy as mentioned by his old counsellor, but I don’t know how best to go about it
