Currently deciding whether NBIS is still a good buy at current prices ($186 a share) or if I have missed the boat? It would be good to hear your opinions on this stock please. I see a lot of people are hyping it but don’t want to buy at the top

I’m a hiring manager, what’s the best way to tell internal candidates (in this case a graduate) that they didn’t get the job, without breaking their spirit. It is difficult as I know the candidate well and he is popular within the team where he spent the last 6 months. Everyone kept telling him to apply for this job. He is also coming to the end of his fixed term contract and needs to secure a full time
Job or he’ll be let go. In truth there were more qualified external candidates though. Any advice appreciated.
