I only got 63% in 12th will any college or university not let me sit for placement in maang or faang companies , even if I maintain 9+ CGPA and 80% attendance?

I got only 55% aggregate in pcm class 12th cbse, will I be debarred from viteee counselling?

Can I leave hostel in 2nd year and live outside near college if I don't like it ?
