Can someone explain how is this possible?
So I went into the verification process after a year of creating an account. The reason is that I did not know I will need this bullshit of an app anymore but I have no choice because the agency I am working for only has payoneer option for salary. So anyway I went thru verification and I forgot what ID I sent initially. So I submitted an ID then i got this notification that my ID is mismatch so they will let you select a question so I opted for "I cant remember". Then this is the update LOL how can my ID be accepted then the "reason" is not accepted? the hell is this
