Hi - I run a 3D Printing Etsy with some cosplay stuff and other items. Probably coincidence, but getting a slate of return requests lately for what I think are bogus reasons. I have returns set for exchange only within 7 days.
Plastic mask with mesh plastic eyes is "kinda hard to see out of". I think this should be common sense?
Return request for something clearly stated 3x in the description and in title. Item is a sword kit and not fully assembled (as its 5ft long fully assembled) Buyer complained and said it should be fully assembled. I listed exactly what was needed to assemble and what is provided.
Mask/Item had 3 different sizes with detailed measurements. Buyer ordered and said it doesn't fit. Wants to return and me cover shipping both ways.
I know it's the "amazon has ruined returns" thing. But for something like #1, what's your response here? I offered to try to 'lens' eyes instead of mesh - but I feel like this should be common sense that it's going to be difficult to see out of a mask.
