ROCKSTAR İS A REGRET
I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 from Epic Games and I have the official invoice and screenshots to prove my purchase. However, I cannot access my old Rockstar account because the email linked to it is no longer available. For the past 2 days I have tried multiple times to contact Rockstar Support via email and their website, but I keep getting "Submission error" and no response. I also reached out to Epic Games Support, but nothing has worked.
Right now, I am stuck: I paid for the game, I own it, but I cannot play it. All I ask is for Rockstar to unlink the game from my old account so I can connect it to my new one. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on a product and be denied access despite having proof of ownership.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice or similar stories would be appreciated. I just want to play the game I paid for.
