I know the fbi used to use this psychic ability for espionage back in the day. How do you do this? Does it take years? Or is it just a bunch of nonsense ?

I have tried to open my 3rd eye without any success. I always get a little afraid bc i've heard horror stories. My friend opened his and said he immediately saw demonic entities everywhere.. on top of roofs watching everything, in the sky, on top of street lights. I want to know about any positive or negative experiences and if you could go back would you still open it ? How did you finally open it ?
