i arrived in kyoto today. I am staying in a very nice traditional style airbnb, with two stories. Its right by the mountains.

there are a few bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs connected to an eerie tatami style room with a light that doesnt work at all. I planned to sleep in the one room downstairs by myself, connected to that eerie room. Already i had been feeling off about tje room. I started researching on the area, we are very close to many places with stories on spirits. My brothers and i decided to use “ghost talking” apps as a joke, to freak out our younger brother. It was funny at first, and exyremely active in the little room next to my room, then when my brother got closer it started saying words like “brother, kill, shoot, little, boy.” And we were a bit spooked, also there was a red moon. It was hardly active upstairs, so i decided to share room with my brother up here. also tje aircon keeps turning on and off by itself.

may just be my GAD acting up aha.. anyone had similar experiences?

So ive seen a video by the youtuber lupus creepus where he opened a fan letter from the po box with no return adress and the letter had creepy paranormal vibes with a handwritten note about something supernatural and a floppy disc which got me thinking: is there an adress you Guys can share or give me which i can write a letter to and get a letter back in my mailbox outside my house where i can ask for my own floppy disc or usb stick or sd card with creepy paranormal footage on it along with a hand written letter in the envelope? Please help me out with this.

so during spring break me and my mom went to the old jail in st augustine it was the night ghost tour and it was just me her and the tour guy now i believe i am sensitive to the paranormal i see and hear things alot and also get strange feelings in certain areas so into the real story we went up to the deputies room and we used the spirit bell along with the motion dorrito and some other stuff it seems like they really only cared about me specifically they would answer my questions and said multiple times they wanted me alone so i sat in a rocking chair in the corner of the room and me and my mom her a girls voice say "hey!" and some footsteps we everyone was in the same room and as you know it was only three of us two guys me and the tour guide and my mom so they put the bell next to me while i was in the rocking chair and it kept ringing in threes after every question and when we put the rem pod where the bell was it starting going crazy like someone was directly touching it also theres supposedly a evil entity called the crawler that we definitely talked to and guess what the room felt noticeably heavier and i felt anxious like when you deink alot of sugar and you become jittery thats how i felt but the room was warm and i had nothing but water all day so i definitely think im sensitive to these things but let me know what you guys think this is really the only place i can share this and not be laughed at

In the 1980s my dad and my mom experienced a ton of paranormal events. This took place in northern Indiana. They experienced so much to the point where they had entire notebooks about this one spirit they called the love spirit. They used a quija board to contact it frequently. This spirit ended up sending them a physical letter in the mail. It was a chain letter and told them to send this same letter to others in the area. It basically said “kiss someone you love ten times. Send this letter to 10 people or else you’ll have bad luck. Love the love spirit”. This spirit had contacted other ppl in the area to do this same thing. My dad wrote a letter and had accidentally gotten bbq chips on it but got freaked out by the spirit finally so he burned it. So anyways 5 years to the day the same exact letter appeared in my parents mailbox with the same bbq finger print from Gary Indiana. I want to also add that my parents decided to burn the quija board and smothered it in gasoline. They even let it get saturated for a few minutes in gas… it wouldn’t burn even with gas on it. There’s much more to this story including how the love spirit started getting angry with them and kept repeating how he’s gonna slash their necks open n later that day my parents came back inside from swimming then when they came back outside the pool floaty was slashed open and neatly folded on the side of the pool. Also how the spirit would yank my mom’s pony tail. Anyways! I want to know if anyone’s ever contacted that same spirit. This is such a shot in the dark but I gotta try.

Hello, for some brief context I have adamantly refused to accept anything as paranormal. I always say it's staged, strings, air pressure, etc. But today I witnessed something I couldn't explain?

I was over at my friend's house after hanging out for the day so she could feed her dog. We come home, I sit at the dining room table, she puts dog food in a metal bowl and sets it on the tile in the center of the kitchen. Her dog begins to eat and she walks out of the kitchen and leans on the tall bar between the kitchen and living room. We chat for a while whilst she's holding her cat and the dog had eventually wandered over to sit at my feet for a while.

While we were chatting for about 20 minutes we heard the metal bowl scraping on the floor, like a dog was licking it clean. Not seeing her dog at my feet she calls out to her "Honey, I don't think there's any food left." The scraping immediately stops. I speak up and say, "no it's gotta be Sophie, Honey is right here." (Sophie is her dog whom I forgot had passed somewhat recently.) My friend goes a little quiet and reminds me of her passing and I apologize profusely. But as I speak we both of us realized her pets aren't in the kitchen but next to us. So we both walk into the kitchen and find....nothing?

I kick the bowl, looking to explain the sound as usual, guessing the dog probably kicked it on her way to me or something. But it didn't sound the same. What we heard sounded distinctly like the bowl being pushed around on concrete for several seconds and it wouldn't suddenly stop without tapering off if it was kicked that hard either.

It's kinda hard to explain this, my friend and I talked about it for a while and she said that her mom had paranormal experiences in this house in the past. All I just had was this odd feeling.

So uh,,,, ghost puppy? I don't usually use reddit but I had to put this somewhere.
