Salam ladies, I wanted to ask if anyone here from the west is a lawyer or studying law know the rights of woman in marriage law stuff (things about divorce and other stuff). Like I know the rights of marriage for men and woman in Islam but what can I take advantage of within Islamic boundaries when completing the real marriage contract after the Nikah. I’m not getting married, it’s just to have in the back of my mind.
