I was wondering if somebody could help me unfreeze my account. I have been doing Tiktok shop for the last couple of months but just started going harder with it recently. I didn't have any tax information on the account yet as i never made a withdrawal for any of my money yet and i just hit $200 sitting waiting to be withdrawn but i think that made me hit a threshold to where im required to enter my tax information, which is fine. but my commissions were actually frozen and decreased on top of that because i got a inconsistent tax information violation once i hit that $200 since there was no tax info on the account. so i filled out the tax form and verification form and then made an appeal but it was denied because i believe my tax info and verification information hadn't processed yet when i was submitting it. now my verification went through, and the tax info but the violation is still there and i cant appeal it again even though it SPECIFICALLY tells me to resubmit my info again in the appeal. i really need help with this as its been a major set back. I have sent all my information to the reddit tiktok shop support dms as well.
