Medical Abortion Not Working?
I am four weeks and three days as of today. I am aware very early, but I also got my first positive test 8 days post ovulation. On Thursday I took my mifepristone dose and started the misoprostol on Friday. Four hiurs after the first dose I has mild cramping, but zero bleeding. I took the second dose and had the same thing. I figured I could sleep it off and it would start in my sleep. I did have severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, but the cramping was essentially gone by morning with no bleeding still. All day Saturday and nothing happened. I ordered from one of the online clinics and their clinic line is closed through the weekend, but I’m wondering if something is wrong. History: I had a medication abortion 4.5 years ago at around 6-7 weeks and passed the pregnancy within 4 hours of the first dose of misoprostol with no need for a second. I’m starting to get worried that something bad happened or maybe it was ectopic because everything online says with how early it is there should be next to no reason for it to not work. Should I try to go to urgent care today or hold out until Monday. I’m really trying to avoid the ER because I don‘t have insurance and I‘m just a broke college student.
Update: additional info when i do a light palpation of my abdomen i have pain in the right lower quadrant at about 2 fingers down and 6 fingers to the right of my belly button around the same height as where my hip bone ends. I really want someone to respond to this because im really scared and alone.
