My father decided to finally buy new car after using cultus 2008 since 2008 anyways. He loves Honda civic x and i love it as well, he is planing to buy 2021 or 2020 honda civic having budget of around 60 to 63lakhs....

First question: is it possible to buy 2020 or 2021 model in this budget

Second question: I heard it has low road clearance? I hope it wont stress us if we plan to take it to north like kalaam or swat etc

Third question: If you ever kept one i would love to hear your experiences regrading the car.

So where i live it was around for 9.6usd/year so ended up buying it currently using free trial. So is it good?
