I have 68 five star ratings and 1 four star rating. I think I know what I did wrong to deserve it but the customer could have just not rated me for it cause it was a curbside issue. So do I need to get a 100 more five star ratings to replace this 4 star? All my other metrics are perfect. But having a 4.985 rating irritates me now.

I hope they fix this trash. I was doing great for the first six months until the FCFS rolled out to my area a few weeks ago. Now it’s just demoralizing to even log in. Are they even going to attempt to fix this? Or do I have to keep seeing the same shoppers with two phones take every order there is?
