Hi there - we are looking to leave Illinois and looking around Evansville, IN to be equal distance between our kids. Are there any good single family home communities with pools/clubhouse? We’re in late 40s/early 50s looking for less maintenance and ways to make friends since we’d be leaving our friend group behind. Anyone in this age group have any thoughts or suggestions?
