Has anyone else had this happen?

I got a call from SunRun about my past due balance. The amount the rep said was way off from what I saw online in my account. I asked what the discrepancy was and was told the amount includes a bill from May 2025. Interestingly enough I can only go back to August 2025 in my online account.

I asked if they could send me something in writing showing this old bill is outstanding and they said they can’t do that. I told them I will not be paying a bill I can’t see. The rep said “we can see it on our end. Check your bank records and you’ll see there wasn’t an autopay for that month.” I told the rep I don’t have autopay set up and that I’m not paying it until they show me something in writing.

They call me literally every day several times a day about this. Supposedly it’s being escalated to a supervisor but the reps say there’s nothing they can do about the calls.
