What would the cost in the UK be of the first year of transitioning with hrt be through imago, fully privately as I'm under 18 and can't get shared care. I'm mtf and would prefer to use gel, not sure about what blockers I'd use, but ideally something not too bad for my liver as my family has hereditary liver issues
