Lips feel like the skin is gone off of them, weeping yellow fluid, and feel like they’re on fire. I’m 14 and can’t eat or sleep. What is happening?

I’ve been in absolute torture for two weeks now and I’m writing this at 2 AM because the pain and itching are so intense that I can’t even sleep!! My lips are bright red for 3 days now and it feels like the skin barrier is completely gone. They constantly leak a clear or yellowish fluid that turns into a tight, yellow crust if I don't have a ton of Vaseline on them. It’s even starting to spread to the skin just outside my mouth and it feels so weird and crusty and tight that I can barely open my mouth to eat. Whenever food touches them it stings like crazy and I'm terrified to even move my face because the air hitting the raw skin burns so much.

a week before this i had an allergic reaction on my lips to a rhode lip tint, my lips felt extremely dry/grainy etc and were really itchy, they actually started healing well but a few days ago my parents got me this spicy rice to eat and it did all this..

My mum kept yelling at me because she thinks now that I'm doing it on purpose and am probably happy because it looks like dermal lip filler (???????) even though it hurts so much.. she told me to stop putting on vaseline and when i tried explaining to her that it was extremely painful without it she told me shes allergic to vaseline so i must be too. the doctor then told me it was good to keep putting on vaseline and she got mad at that too (?? hates to be proven wrong ig)

I finally saw a doctor and started taking oral antibiotics and Elidel cream about four hours ago, but I’m still in so much discomfort and I’ve been crying because it’s lasted so long. I’m supposed to wake up for school in a four hours but I haven’t slept at all and I don't know how I'm supposed to function like this. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of "leaking" or yellow crusting before? I really need to know how long it takes for the antibiotics and Elidel to actually start stopping the fluid and the stinging so I can feel normal again. I also really need tips on how to eat or manage the tightness when it feels like my skin is going to crack. Whenever i sleep and wake up my lips are extremely dry and it feels like theres a bunch of dead crusty skin on them. It's spreading a little outside my lips too now.
