I’ve been super skinny my entire life so seeing even the slightest progress is a big confidence booster and I’m hoping to reach 175-180 by fall. I’ve been trying to eat 3000+ calories daily and have been lifting 4-6 times a week. Any feedback or advice is much appreciated.
