Out-of-State SLP Moving to Illinois

Hello everyone! I’m relocating from New York to Illinois soon and wanted to make sure I’m completing the correct steps for school-based SLP licensure. I plan to work in a public school and have already applied for both the Illinois Professional License through IDFPR and the Illinois PEL for school credentials.

Is there anything else I should be doing as part of the process? Also, will I need to take any additional exams in Illinois? I currently hold my CCCs and my NY license for school-based practice.

Thanks in advance for any guidance!
