Any advice would be appreciated on the stocks Ive picked after twice messing up. I bought apple 2 weeks ago and sold last week as it dropped then when I broke even I pulled out only for apple to go higher a couple days later. Same with AMD last night, I sold it and then two hours later it jumped

Microsoft and astrazeneca were next on the chopping block for me but maybe Im about to make the same mistake?

Thankfully im still up with the other picks. May I add I also have AuDHD so my emotions and hyperfocus are draining me 🤣
